Celebrate Cleveland Gala 2025
On Friday May 16th, 2025 Friends of Cleveland will host the 7th annual “Celebrate Cleveland” event! It’s an adults only evening that will bring parents and the community together for what will be our biggest fundraiser this year. Please join your Cleveland School community at Michelle’s Ballroom at 6:30pm to celebrate all that makes Cleveland an amazing neighborhood school!
Tickets are $60 and include a buffet dinner, open bar, live entertainment, DJ and more! Entry to the event allows guests to bid on silent auction items, try your hand at some exciting games & a chance to sign up for Parent & Teacher Experience Parties. These experiences are small gatherings or outings hosted by Cleveland Teachers and Parents. Guests at Celebrate will then have a chance to buy their way onto a guest list(s). All funds raised at this event will directly benefit all the children at Cleveland as well as provide additional resources for our amazing teachers.
In order to raise these critical funds we are asking Cleveland teachers, staff, parents and the community to join us in our efforts to help out in any way that you can. We are hoping that we can count on your generosity and connections to support Cleveland! Here are some ways you can help:
Help secure Donation Items: Do you or someone you know have access to: Restaurants, Bars, Breweries, Wineries, Tours, Sports tickets (Cubs, White Sox, Blackhawks, Bears, Bulls); Concert or Theater tickets; Vacation experiences (Hotels, vacation homes, timeshares, Airbnb, hotel points & vouchers, airline miles & tickets); Unique opportunities or talents (dining/chef experiences, cooking, handyman, etc. – we would love to help turn these into money for Cleveland!) All donations are tax-deductible! Please submit donations or questions to: celebrateclevelandevent@gmail.com.
Help host a Teacher or Parent Party Experience: Gather a few friends to throw a party or host on your own. All proceeds go to Friends of Cleveland and the party host(s) assume all costs of their events. (Examples; ice cream social, boat cruise on the lake, BBQ in the backyard, bowling party, pizza party)

Celebrate Cleveland
Friends of Cleveland invites you to join us for our biggest party of the year! Celebrate Cleveland is our premier fundraiser and gala supporting Cleveland. All the funds raised go toward the Cardinal Grant Program that funds things like field trips, teaching supplies, extra classes and resources for our students, and so much more! Tickets include a strolling dinner buffet, premium open bar, live music, unparalleled silent auction, games, photo booth and an evening of great memories!

Join Friends of Cleveland for an exciting night at Chuck E. Cheese! 20% of your purchases will be donated back to the school! Make sure you mention ‘Cleveland’ when ordering! Please order from the counter!
Bingo Loteria
Join Friends of Cleveland for an exciting night of Bingo and Loteria! There is no charge for this event. Concessions will be available for purchase.
Friends of Cleveland Meeting
Please join us this Thursday, February 13th at 5:30pm in the Lunchroom for the monthly Friends of Cleveland general meeting. Our monthly meeting is open to all members of the Cleveland Community and is the best way to sign up for volunteer opportunities, share fundraising and engagement ideas, and learn about how work through the FOC can benefit our school. Attached to this post is our agenda for this week's meeting. We welcome all parents, guardians, teachers, staff, and neighbors to our monthly meetings - every volunteer hour, every committee task completed, every dollar donated, every idea shared is so appreciated and helps us continue to support our amazing Cleveland Elementary students, teachers, and families.

SnowBall Dance
Join Friends of Cleveland as we dance the night away on Friday, January 24th, 5:30pm at Cleveland for this year's SnowBall Dance! We’ll have music, a photo booth, snowball fight and so much fun!
Tickets are $5 per student. All students must be accompanied by an adult. Adults & non-school age children are free. Concessions will be available for purchase.

Cleveland Holiday Craft & Vendor Fair - 3121 W. Byron
We are seeking local crafters, vendors, and businesses to participate in our 1st Annual Holiday craft & vendor Fair. This has been a highly requested and much anticipated event and we are excited to share a unique shopping experience with our community to kickoff the holiday season while raising money to support Cleveland Elementary.

Dine Out & Give Back at ClimbZone
Join the Cleveland Elementary School Community for a fundraiser at ClimbZone on November 7 from 3:30pm – 7:00pm. Mention Cleveland Elementary School to ClimbZone’s cashiers and 20% of the proceeds from your transaction will be donated back to the school!
Halloween on the Green
Halloween on the the Green! Join us after school for a Trick-or-Treat event! Parents, teachers and community members will be hosting themed tables with treats, games and more! The event starts at 3:15pm on our own turf field!
Cleveland at the Chicago Fire
Did someone say soccer!?! The Chicago Fire and Cleveland Elementary are teaming up! Join the Cleveland community for an evening at Soldier Field to watch the Chicago Fire! Tickets are limited and may sell out!
The Fire will be donating $5 for every ticket sold!

Join us for our first Dine Out and Givr Back of the year! We’ll be at Easy Street Pizza Irving Park on Wednesday, October 9th from 4pm to close! 20% of your bill will be donated back to Cleveland!
